AMS can be contacted at literally anytime to collect & deliver a consignment. We do not charge any more for ‘out of hours’ or weekend work.

AMS specialises in providing a personal courier service, based upon a direct door-to-door approach. When you hand a consignment to an AMS courier, that driver will deliver it directly to the recipient thus ensuring its safe arrival. We do not use 3rd party couriers in the UK.

We are in constant contact with our drivers and believe in the importance of communication with our customers. Should your package be delayed in reaching its destination, perhaps due to unexpected traffic hold ups, we will always let you know and inform you of the new expected delivery time.

If you wish, we will email you or call you with a POD (proof of delivery) as soon as your package has been safely delivered letting you know who signed for it and at what time.
